Gregory Beck has devoted his life to art. Self taught, Beck traveled throughout Europe surrounding himself with the works of revered Renaissance masters. He spent time sculpting in Florence, Italy, where he was inspired by the city and its timeless art treasures.
In developing his unique style and approach to figurative sculpture, Gregory draws from a lifetime of experience. His distinctive ability to blend the purity of classical sculpture with a unique sense of modern realism allows him to create beautiful, inspirational works. Working strictly from imagination, each sculpture is striking in its composition, revealing Beck's perceptive understanding of physiology, human relationships, and emotion.
His sculptures are collected nationally and internationally. He presently works from his studio in Fort Worth, Texas.
